Job summary

HR POD Careers in Lahore, Pakistan seeks an experienced Oracle HCM/HRMS Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and ongoing system support. You will manage changes to Oracle HCM, Payroll, EBS HRMS, and Fusion HCM Cloud, coordinating with HR, Finance, and IT teams to deliver robust HR solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5–6 years of Oracle HCM experience, hands-on EBS HRMS or Fusion Cloud work, and strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant professional experience.
• 5–6 years in Oracle HCM/HRMS with at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
• Hands-on with Oracle EBS HRMS and/or Fusion HCM Cloud including Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS applications across business areas.
• Experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and support.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Implement changes to Oracle HCM, Payroll, EBS HRMS, Fusion HCM Cloud and custom apps in production.
• Manage end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations including requirements and testing.
• Oversee HCM and Payroll system administration to align with policies.
• Perform impact analysis for configuration changes.
• Coordinate with users, HR, Finance/Payroll and technical teams to deliver enhancements.
• Provide functional support for development, upgrades, and reports.
• Raise and track Oracle SRs to resolution.
• Perform business process re-engineering per evolving requirements.
• Provide end-to-end functional expertise across EBS HRMS and Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Research Oracle technologies and advise on best practices and cost-effective solutions.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams; maintain relationships with sponsors and users.
• Support planning and project management activities related to Oracle HCM initiatives.
• Stay updated on Oracle releases and best practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree, MBA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
