Job summary

CureMD is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead the firm’s global digital efforts from Lahore. You will drive data-driven strategies, orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, and mentor a team to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success leading high-performing marketing teams and scaling digital growth initiatives.
• Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, campaign management, email automation, and brand development.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics, GA4, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong project leadership and communication skills for multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a data-driven digital marketing strategy to boost online traffic and conversions.
• Oversee campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, paid media, social, and content.
• Lead and scale a high-performance marketing team.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure brand consistency across digital initiatives.
• Drive full-funnel strategies from ideation to execution for optimum ROI.
• Define, monitor and report KPIs using analytics tools.
