Job summary

Our client, an oil marketing company, is seeking a General Manager HR & Administration to lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management and compliance. This role also oversees administrative operations, security and budgeting, while mentoring a high‑performing team.

The candidate should have a Master's degree/MBA in HR and 12–15 years of leadership experience, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive organizational growth and DEI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
• 12–15 years of senior HR/administration experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• HR: Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, salary benchmarking and benefits design.
• Lead performance management processes and KPI setting.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage industrial relations and policy adherence.
• Direct training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
• Organisational development: drive change management, succession planning, workforce planning and best-practice adoption.
• Develop and review HR policies, schemes and SOPs; lead DEI initiatives.
