Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations in Lahore, ensuring robust controls, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and strategic financial planning to support business objectives.

The incumbent will optimize financial performance, manage risk, and maintain data integrity across finance functions, liaising with auditors and authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, at least 5 years in managerial roles
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills
• Proficiency with financial systems and internal controls

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, cash flows, and project profitability.
• Conduct variance analysis, cost control, and provide strategic insights.
• Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Work with project managers to track expenses, forecasts, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
• Identify financial risks and mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage working capital and liquidity for ongoing projects.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and treasury functions.
• Responsible for financial policies, internal processes, and controls
