Job summary

Sutlej Developments Private Limited in Lahore seeks an experienced Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial management. You will head a team of five, implement ERP-based reporting, analyze costs and margins, and provide strategic guidance to senior management for growth.

You will drive financial planning, develop robust models, and collaborate with operations to optimize efficiency and support expansion plans.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
Ability to lead a team of five finance professionals and mentor staff.
Experience developing and monitoring annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
Experience implementing robust financial controls and reporting systems.
Ability to advise senior management on risks, investments, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain annual budgets, monthly financial plans, and rolling forecasts to support strategic goals.
Forecast revenues, operating expenses, profitability, and working capital requirements.
Prepare and present financial performance reports to track business health.
Monitor cash flow and anticipate funding needs to maintain stability.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five finance professionals.
Collaborate with operations and procurement to improve cost efficiency.
