Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Manager, Institutional Data, Analytics and Reporting in Office of the Provost. The role leads data governance, analytics strategy, and the delivery of dashboards and reports for senior leadership.

Reporting to the Director, you will build high‑performing teams, supervise data initiatives, and ensure data accuracy, security, and timely decision support across the university.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a data/analytics related field from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years in data analytics or governance with supervisory exposure.
• Proven leadership and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Expertise in data analytics, data quality and data security practices.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools and cloud platforms (Azure/Power Platform).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic data governance initiatives and align data strategy with university objectives.
• Oversee design and delivery of advanced analytical reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Work with departments to ensure data integration and consistency across systems.
• Serve as point of contact for data-related governance and security matters.
• Provide financial insights through data analysis to support planning and forecasting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the analytics team to strengthen capabilities.
