Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Administrative Sciences or equivalent.
• At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in tertiary level healthcare organizations.
• Experience of core HR processes in large teams.
• Proficient in HRMS systems and MS Office.
• Strong problem solving and deadline management.
• Knowledge of the wider organisation and external environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment activities in accordance with policies.
• Coordinating sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection decisions.
• Facilitating pre-employment formalities and offer management.
• Coordinating onboarding, orientation, and induction for new hires.
• Ensuring completion of pre- and post-joining requirements.
• Data entry and updates in HRMS; liaising with departments for seamless integration.
• Updating stakeholders on hiring progress and maintaining personnel files.
• Coordinating with business and employees on appointments, promotions, transfers, and changes.
• Issuance of employment-related letters and documents; coordinating HR transactions.
• Conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback for improvements.
• Reviewing HR dashboards and workforce metrics; identifying risks and opportunities.
• Partnering with leaders to develop data-driven action plans.
