Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Consumer Banking, preferably in credit/risk management.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, monitor, and modify credit/fraud risk policies for the product segment.
• Ensure adherence to Internal Risk Management Guidelines and External Regulatory Requirements.
• Manage changes in credit policies to align with bank strategy.
• Provide updates on portfolio performance at regular intervals.
• Manage system parameters of all products within the segment.
• Review portfolio performance through MIS reports and set minimum standards.
