Hotel One Vogue Lahore is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead corporate sales, expand key accounts, and drive revenue across rooms, banquets, meetings, and events. The role requires a strong network of corporate clients and proven ability to convert opportunities into measurable growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in hotel sales or hospitality business development, exceptional negotiation skills, and a track record of delivering revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA advantageous.
• 5–7 years in hotel sales or hospitality business development.
• Established corporate network in Lahore.
• Familiarity with CRM and hotel sales systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve room revenue, occupancy, banquet, and overall targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate organizations and travel management companies.
• Manage corporate accounts to improve retention and profitability.
• Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and event packages.
• Represent the hotel at corporate networking events and industry forums.
