Job summary

Hotel One Vogue Lahore is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive corporate sales, boost room occupancy, and maximize revenue from banquets and events. The ideal candidate has a strong network with internationally recognized hotel brands and relationships across corporate, government, embassy, NGO and travel sectors.

You will lead strategic sales initiatives, manage key accounts in Lahore, negotiate rate agreements, and coordinate with Operations to ensure flawless event

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of sales/business development or hospitality sales experience with internationally recognized hotel brands.
• Proven track record in hospitality sales with corporate/government/embassy/NGO accounts in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit room, banquet and overall revenue targets.
• Identify new business from corporate organizations, government departments, embassies, NGOs, airlines and travel partners.
• Increase occupancy via direct corporate contracting and strategic partnerships.
• Promote banquet halls, meeting rooms and corporate events; coordinate with Operations for successful events.
• Maintain sales pipeline, prepare reports, track KPIs, and ensure brand compliance.
