Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage the entire financial and accounting ecosystem for our landmark construction and real estate project. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership in project accounting, financial reporting, and capital management, ensuring absolute financial integrity aligned with organizational goals and regulatory frameworks.

The CFO will play a pivotal leadership role in coordinating with project teams, procurement, and management to ensure financial transparency, cost-governance, and timely reporting across all construction operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide high-level financial modeling and feasibility analysis for the Board of Directors.

Ensure maximum ROI (Return on Investment) through strict cost-control measures.

Project Accounting & Cost Control

Oversee construction project accounting, including cost allocation, work-in-progress (WIP), and revenue recognition.

Coordinate with Division Head and procurement teams to ensure financial accuracy of project expenses and contracts.

Treasury & Capital Planning

Lead capital structuring and manage liquidity to support continuous construction progress.

Strategize with procurement teams to safeguard financial accuracy and mitigate risks in large-scale contracts.

Governance & Executive Leadership

Strengthen internal audit controls to safeguard organizational assets and ensure 100% transparency.

Mentor the finance team and establish world-class Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ensure absolute compliance with IFRS, Taxation laws, and local regulatory frameworks (SECP/RERA).

Compliance & Standards

Ensure compliance with IFRS, local accounting laws, and corporate financial policies.

Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance.

Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of financial data.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: CA (Finalist/Qualified), ACCA Member, or ACMA.

12–15+ years of experience, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role (Construction/Real Estate preferred).

Strong grip on Project Accounting, IFRS, and Taxation Laws.

Proven expertise in implementing and managing integrated ERP solutions and advanced financial modeling.

Exceptional command over cost-governance and strategic planning, with a proven track record of managing legal, regulatory, and contractual matters through professional negotiation and leadership skills.
