Master’s degree in MBA/Finance/Economics/CA or related field.
4–6 years of experience in business planning, strategy, or corporate finance.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and planning software/tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual and long-term business planning process in alignment with corporate strategy.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess performance and growth.
Evaluate new initiatives, partnerships, and investments through ROI analysis.
Coordinate with departments to consolidate inputs and ensure strategic alignment.
Track KPIs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare periodic business performance reports and presentations for management and board.
Identify risks and opportunities impacting revenue, cost, and profitability.
Conduct market intelligence and benchmarking to support strategic decisions.
Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics.
Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and technical teams for integrated planning.
Facilitate planning workshops and support units in budgets.
