Job summary

The Bank of Punjab is seeking an Area Manager for Consumer Banking Group in Jauharabad. This senior role centers on achieving branch deposit targets, expanding high-net-worth and corporate relationships, and leading branch operations.

Location is Jauharabad with SBP-guided risk and compliance duties. Ideal candidates have 9–12 years in banking, a Bachelor's degree, and are prepared to drive market penetration while ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local or foreign university.
• Experience: Minimum 9 to 12 years of banking experience, with preference given to candidates having 5 years of relevant experience.
• Age: Up to 55 years as of September 21st, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of CASA and total deposit targets of the branch on a monthly basis.
• Achievement of total deposit targets of areas by meeting high net worth individuals and corporate customers, ensuring continuous relationship deepening at branches with existing customers.
• Constantly tapping the target market and introducing the bank to potential customers.
• Meeting clients and maintaining follow-up records with potential customers.
• Ensuring compliance with operational risk management policies and procedures.
• Improvement in audit category by enhancing branch working and implementing policies and procedures of BOP under SBP guidelines.
• Implementation and daily updating of DCFC & RCSA, along with consistent review.
• Ensuring and maintaining efficiency in the branch by designing and implementing smooth workflows.
• Implementing and monitoring turnaround time for each transaction while assuring customer satisfaction.
• Prompt and effective disposal of customer complaints and inquiries.
