Responsibilities

• Lead the team of Store Associates in mass merchandising, shelf management, stock management and department cleanliness.
• Assist the FM in achieving departmental sales targets.
• Ensure the department is properly organized and ready before store opening.
• Ensure product presentation according to the Planogram.
• Follow all applicable SOPs.
• Maintain discipline and wear proper professional attire.
• Track product expiry dates during and after stock deliveries in coordination with Store Associates.
• Ensure effective stock and shelf management.
• Maintain 100% cleanliness of the department and shelves.
• Ensure 10% new customer development annually.
• Ensure 100% product shelf viability and reduce departmental shrinkage to the desired level.
• Ensure 100% cleaning compliance and minimize product expiries.
• Train and coach team members to meet operational standards.
• Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technologies, and functionalities to support objectives.
