• Leverage relationships to secure warm introductions to investors.
• Build and manage a targeted investor pipeline with outreach and follow-up processes.
• Help refine fundraising narrative, investment proposition, business model, growth strategy, and use-of-funds plan.
• Coordinate investor meetings, due diligence, and data-room preparation.
• Advise on fundraising milestones, investor expectations, valuation considerations, and potential structures.
• Maintain transparent reporting on introductions, investor conversations, and pipeline progress.
• Help identify accelerators, investor networks, startup programs, grants, and strategic funding opportunities.
• Present ProHomez.com's market opportunity across real estate, furniture, home products, and e-commerce to investors.
• Support investor relationships in Pakistan, GCC, UK, and other international markets.

We're looking for someone who understands how startup fundraising works in practice and, ideally, already has relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and other relevant capital providers.

ProHomez.com is a marketplace for homes and home products, bringing real estate listings, furniture, and home product brands together on one digital platform. We're looking for a fundraising professional who can help us connect with the right investors, build strategic capital partnerships, and manage the fundraising process from initial outreach through investment discussions and closing.

Your primary responsibility will be to help ProHomez.com get in front of the right investors and create a structured, results-oriented fundraising process for our growth.

Who we’re looking for

• Demonstrable experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, angel investing, investor relations, or capital introductions.
• An existing, verifiable network of relevant investors.
• A track record of helping startups raise capital, preferably at the pre-seed or seed stage.
• Strong understanding of technology-enabled marketplaces, real estate technology, e-commerce, furniture, home products, or related business models.
• Ability to communicate the investment opportunity of an emerging marketplace with a clear growth and expansion strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup environment.
• Willingness to begin with a lean, flexible engagement and grow the relationship as ProHomez.com progresses.

Experience with investors in Pakistan, the USA, PK, GCC, the UK, or the wider international startup ecosystem is a plus.

How compensation works

We're open to discussing a structure that aligns incentives with results, potentially combining a modest fixed fee with clearly defined performance milestones.

Compensation will depend on experience, verified fundraising results, scope of work, and the proposed engagement structure.
