Job summary

10Pearls seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (BI & Data Ecosystems) to join the Cloud Infrastructure & Data Engineering team in Lahore. You will manage cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS, operate production Kubernetes environments, and build CI/CD pipelines.

You will support data lakehouse architectures and BI tooling like Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, deep cloud experience, and strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
• Deep hands-on experience with GCP and AWS.
• Strong Kubernetes/GKE experience, including networking and security.
• Experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer/Airflow, and Cloud SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Data Lakehouse architecture and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Experience with GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Grafana and cloud monitoring/observability.
• Experience supporting Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of IAM, encryption, and network security.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GCP and AWS infrastructure, including GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, EC2, and S3.
• Operate and maintain production GKE/Kubernetes environments, including networking, security, scaling, and upgrades.
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions.
• Support Data Lakehouse architecture, data platforms, governance, and analytics workloads.
• Maintain and optimize BI platforms such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Grafana and Cloud Operations Suite.
• Ensure strong IAM, encryption, network security, and access-control practices.
• Develop automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting performance optimization, and reliability improvements.
