Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (BI & Data Ecosystems) to join the Cloud Infrastructure & Data Engineering team in Karachi. You will manage GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, and data platforms, ensuring secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for analytics workloads.

The role emphasizes Terraform IaC, CI/CD with GitLab/GitHub, and monitoring with Grafana, plus BI tooling support for Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SRE/DevOps experience in cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with GCP and AWS, plus Kubernetes/GKE expertise.
• Experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Cloud SQL.
• Knowledge of Data Lakehouse governance and Terraform.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions; Grafana monitoring.
• BI infra experience with Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI.
• IAM, encryption, networking security, and cloud security practices.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize GCP and AWS infrastructure (GKE, EC2, S3).
• Operate production Kubernetes environments, with security and scaling.
• Build infrastructure via Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
• Support Data Lakehouse, data platforms, governance, and analytics workloads.
• Maintain BI platforms like Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Implement monitoring and observability with Grafana and Cloud Ops.
• Enforce IAM, encryption, and network security controls.
• Develop automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.
