Job summary

CCL Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced SAP lead to manage PM, PP, and QM functional solutions. You will oversee fit‑to‑standard adoption, validation, testing, user enablement, go‑live and post‑go‑live support, delivering standardized, scalable digital solutions across manufacturing, maintenance and quality operations.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into SAP configurations, drive process optimization, and ensure smooth platform adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAP PM/PP functional experience, including implementation, rollout, application management, hyper-care, or post-go-live support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA; experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud preferred.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP PM, PM/PP, and QM modules and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PM, PP, and QM functional solutions across implementation and post-go-live environments.
• Translate business requirements into standardized SAP solutions aligned with best practices.
• Drive process optimization for maintenance, production planning, and quality using digital enablement.
• Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops and engage with business process owners.
• Manage functional testing, validation, UAT, documentation, and user training.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will lead the functional management of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions across Plant Maintenance (PM), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM). You will oversee fit-to-standard adoption, process validation, testing, user enablement, go-live, post-go-live support, and process optimization, working with business and technology teams to deliver standardized, scalable digital solutions that strengthen manufacturing, maintenance, and quality operations.

• Optimizing maintenance, production planning, and quality processes through digital enablementFacilitating fit-to-standard workshops and engaging effectively with business process owners
• Managing functional testing, process validation, and user adoption
• Identifying process gaps, dependencies, and recurring issues and developing sustainable solutions
• Troubleshooting functional issues through structured root-cause analysis
• Collaborating effectively across business, operations, quality, and technology teams
• Managing multiple priorities within complex digital transformation environments

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline from an HEC recognized Institute.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on SAP PM/PP functional experience, including implementation, rollout, application management, hyper‑care, or post‑go‑live support
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA; experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud will be preferred
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP PM, including maintenance notifications and orders, equipment, functional locations, task lists, maintenance plans, confirmations, and reporting
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP PP, including demand management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, work centres, capacity planning, confirmations, and production reporting
• Working knowledge of SAP QM and its integration with procurement, production, and maintenance will be an advantage
• Experience in process validation, functional testing, UAT, regression testing, documentation, user training, and post‑go‑live support
• Exposure to SAP Cloud ALM, Central Business Configuration, SAP Fiori applications, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud release testing will be an advantage
• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM, SAP PP, SAP QM, or a related functional area will be preferred
