What you’ll do

In this role, you will support enterprise financial planning and performance management by translating business strategy into actionable budgets, forecasts, long-term plans, and actionable financial insights. You will analyze business performance, develop integrated financial models, partner with key functions to strengthen financial discipline, and support strategic decision-making through scenario and sensitivity analysis. You will also prepare financial insights and materials for senior leadership and governance forums, including Board, Chairman, Monthly Business Review, Finance Committee, and Audit Committee meetings, while driving greater accuracy, transparency, and effectiveness across FP&A processes.

  • Translating complex financial and business information into clear, decision-focused insights
  • Analyzing business performance trends, variances, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision‑making
  • Building robust financial models across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and borrowings
  • Partnering with business leaders to strengthen financial accountability and cost discipline
  • Developing compelling, executive-level financial presentations and management narratives
  • Applying scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate strategic and financial outcomes
  • Maintaining consistency and accuracy across complex financial data and planning cycles
  • Managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality outputs within demanding timelines
  • Identifying opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting, and planning frameworks
What You’ll Bring
  • CA (Finalist) / ACCA / ACMA qualification
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial planning or related finance role
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting
  • Experience supporting annual planning, periodic forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles
  • Experience preparing financial analysis and materials for senior leadership and governance forums
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • High attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset

This role reports to the Senior Executive Manager FP&A and works closely with Finance leadership, G&A functions, Strategy & Innovation, and other cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen financial planning, performance management, and business decision-making.
