Job summary

CCL Pharmaceuticals is seeking a packaging design specialist to support the development and execution of packaging artwork within R&D. You will ensure regulatory labeling requirements are met and align with company standards across segments.

You will design and update packaging artwork, prepare specifications, and maintain records while supporting related documentation and SOPs. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is essential to ensure compliant packaging across production cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in visual communication design or graphic design from an HE C recognized Institute
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or packaging development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, FreeHand, and InPage
• Familiarity with Oracle and ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with a structured, detail-oriented working style

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support the development and execution of packaging design and documentation within the Research & Development function. You will ensure that primary, secondary, and auxiliary packaging components meet regulatory labelling requirements while aligning with company standards across business segments.

Your responsibilities will include designing and updating artwork for packaging materials, preparing and revising packaging material specifications, maintaining batch packaging records, and related documentation. You will also support formulation and packaging documentation, contribute to SOP development, and ensure packaging designs are executed accurately across production cycles.

The role involves close coordination with internal teams and packaging vendors to guide layout, color schemes, fonts, and design standards while maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in visual communication design or graphic design from an HEC recognized Institute.
• 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or packaging development within reputable organizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, FreeHand, and InPage.
• Familiarity with Oracle and ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style.
