Job summary

RECH INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Senior Credit Controller to manage receivables, lead recovery operations, and oversee bank reconciliations in Karachi, Pakistan.

The role requires 3–5 years in Credit Control or AR, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce. Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP ERP is preferred, along with strong leadership and communication skills. This position is based on-site in Karachi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• 3–5 years in Credit Control, AR, or Recovery.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred); strong leadership, reconciliation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Recovery Officers, track performance against targets.
• Resolve invoice and pricing disputes with Sales and Accounts to unlock payments.
• Analyze aging reports, identify high-risk accounts, and report status to management.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and clear unidentified entries promptly.
• Maintain accurate receivable records and update status in ERP.

Requirements & Qualifications:
