Job summary

PureLogics LLC in Lahore is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our software services team. You will gather, analyze, and document requirements, bridge business and tech teams, and drive SDLC activities across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

You’ll model processes with UML/BPMN, use JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Trello, and visualize data with SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI; strong communication and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Software Developer.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in requirements management and visualization tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Trello).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Solid understanding of business processes, domain knowledge, and customer needs.
