Job summary

Abacus is seeking an experienced Senior Data Power BI Visualisation Specialist to design, develop, and deliver high-impact business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will combine data analysis, data modelling, visual storytelling, and stakeholder engagement capabilities to turn complex data into clear, trusted insights for executive decision-making.

You will design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, connect to multiple data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data visualization with strong hands-on Power BI experience.
Proven experience delivering executive dashboards, KPI packs, and self-service analytics for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Connect to SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
Optimise report performance, data refresh, query logic, and dataset design.
Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into BI solutions.
