Job summary

hr-pod-hiring-talent-globally is seeking an experienced SQA leader to own and drive quality for enterprise SaaS platforms. You will lead the full QA lifecycle from requirements through production release, ensuring scalable, high-availability software and robust release readiness.

Bring 8+ years of SQA with leadership exposure, hands-on testing across functional, API, security, and performance domains, plus Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium and JMeter.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SQA experience with leadership exposure.
• Hands-on testing across functional, regression, integration, API, security, performance, and load testing.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium and JMeter.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps-integrated QA practices.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full QA lifecycle from requirement analysis through post-go-live validation.
• Perform requirement analysis, identify gaps, and plan comprehensive test coverage.
• Create structured test strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Design and review application flows and system interactions.
• Define and track quality KPIs and release readiness metrics.
• Mentor SQA engineers and enforce structured QA processes.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of SQA experience with leadership exposure, including experience in enterprise SaaS or large-scale platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, API, security, performance, and load testing.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium, along with JMeter or equivalent performance testing tools.
