• Experience in stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent written communication with clear learner messaging.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute training programs, workshops, and offsites end to end.
• Coordinate on-ground delivery, including participant check-in, materials, AV readiness, and troubleshooting.
• Own end-to-end procurement cycle for learning vendors: PRs, approvals, and POs.
• Manage communications: invitations, pre-work, joining instructions, reminders, and post-program follow-ups.
• Coordinate hotel/venue bookings, travel, catering, and training room setup for in-person sessions.
• Administer LMS and related platforms: create courses, enrollments, content uploads, and access troubleshooting.
• Generate and distribute reports on participation, completion, and learner feedback.

The Learning Operations Specialist is the backbone of the Learning & Development team.

You will work closely with Learning Partners to turn learning plans into smoothly delivered programs, handling everything from venue to vendor contracts, payments, and communications.

This role suits someone who is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple moving parts, and takes pride in flawless execution.

What does Specialist Learning Operations do?

• Partner with Learning Partners to plan and execute training programs, workshops, and offsites end to end.
• Coordinate on-ground execution on the day of delivery, including participant check-in, materials, AV and equipment readiness, and troubleshooting.
• Own the end-to-end procurement cycle for learning vendors, including raising Purchase Requisitions (PRs), securing approvals, and issuing Purchase Orders (POs).
• Manage learner communications: program invitations, pre-work, joining instructions, reminders, and post-program follow-ups.
• Manage hotel and venue bookings, travel arrangements, catering, and training room setup for in‑person sessions.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and related platforms: create courses and sessions, manage enrolments, upload content, and troubleshoot user access issues.
• Generate and distribute reports on participation, completion, and learner feedback.
