Standard Chartered is seeking a client services professional to act as the primary contact for Corporate & Commercial Banking clients in Karachi. You will resolve enquiries, complaints and service issues, collaborating with Relationship Managers and internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and improve service and channel usage.

Serve as primary contact for Corporate & Commercial Banking clients, resolving enquiries, issues, and complaints. Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and improve service and channel usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for serving as the primary contact person for clients and internal staff for advice, enquiries, complaints and any other service issues.
• Build relationships and rapport with identified ‘premier’ clients at the transactional / operational level (Premier Service Manager).
• Provide the highest standard of client service in response to client enquiries and complaints, so as to create improved, lasting relationships with our clients.
• Work with internal stakeholders to provide end-to-end query resolution to client satisfaction.
• Responsible for effective service recovery process through complaint logging and handling.
• Comply with applicable Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and Line Manager.
• Adhere to policies including escalation and compliance requirements and follow any other relevant internal controls and procedures as they relate to process, products, policies and regulations.
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
• Ensure strong due diligence on document safekeeping and data confidentiality
• Proactively manage risks and establish/monitor controls to improve the overall state of the risk management and operating framework
• Ensure compliance with the internal policies and credit policies, external policies, regulatory and statutory requirements
