You will develop with platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, using LangChain and Python to connect tools, test carefully, and ensure data privacy compliance across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI, automation or software development.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows, chatbots or automation.
• Familiarity with major AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Experience with LangChain or similar tools for AI workflows.
• Strong Python skills including API development and system integration.

Our Client is looking for a hands-on AI Automation Specialist to build smart automation tools that make everyday business processes faster and easier. This person will use AI, including chatbots, AI assistants, and automated workflows, to reduce manual work across the company. The role is focused on actually building things, not on high-level strategy or architecture. We're looking for someone who can take a business problem, figure out how AI can solve it, and build a working solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows and tools that reduce repetitive manual tasks.
• Create AI assistants and chatbots for internal teams or customers.
• Build automated systems where multiple AI tools work together to complete multi-step tasks.
• Write and refine prompts so AI tools give accurate, useful results.
• Add checkpoints so a human can review or approve AI decisions when needed.
• Connect AI tools with existing company systems, like CRM, HR, or support ticketing platforms.
• Set up simple data pipelines so AI tools can pull the right information when needed.
• Test and monitor automations to make sure they work reliably and don't cost more than they should.
• Follow basic best practices for deploying and updating AI tools safely.
• Make sure automations follow the company's data privacy and security rules.
• Work with different teams to understand their problems and turn them into working automation.
• Write clear documentation so others can understand and maintain what's been built.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in AI, automation, or software development.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools, chatbots, or automated workflows.
• Experience using AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Familiarity with tools used to build AI workflows, such as LangChain or similar.
• Strong Python skills, with experience building APIs and connecting different systems.
• Basic knowledge of vector databases or search tools used to help AI find information.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Basic understanding of how to deploy and update software safely.
• Awareness of data privacy and responsible use of AI.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Clear communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
