The Careers Factory is seeking a hands-on AI Automation Specialist in Lahore to build smart automation tools that streamline business processes. You will work on AI-powered workflows, chatbots, and integrated systems, turning business problems into working AI solutions.

You will develop with platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, using LangChain and Python to connect tools, test carefully, and ensure data privacy compliance across teams.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AI, automation or software development.
Experience building AI-powered workflows, chatbots or automation.
Familiarity with major AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
Experience with LangChain or similar tools for AI workflows.
Strong Python skills including API development and system integration.

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered workflows and tools to reduce manual tasks.
Create AI assistants and chatbots for internal teams or customers.
Integrate multiple AI tools to complete multi-step tasks.
Write and refine prompts to ensure accurate AI outputs.
Add checkpoints for human review where needed.
Connect AI tools with CRM, HR, or support systems.
