Neurolux International is seeking a Special Education Expert to support autistic children and those with ADHD, learning disabilities, and developmental delays through individualized education plans and inclusive, evidence-based teaching.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, conduct screenings, develop IEPs, coordinate with therapists, monitor progress, and guide teachers on accommodations, with strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Bachelor's in Special Education or related field from an HEC-recognised institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with autistic children and ADHD.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and inclusive education practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in multidisciplinary settings; collaboration with therapists is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Conduct educational and developmental screenings to identify learning needs.
• Develop, implement, and review IEPs.
• Coordinate with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, behaviour therapists, and paediatricians.
• Monitor academic, behavioural, and social progress.
• Guide teachers and therapists on accommodations and interventions.
• Conduct parent meetings and provide home-based recommendations.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
• Help develop inclusive education programmes and transition plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and staff training.
