Job summary

Neurolux International is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support children with sensory, motor, and daily-living needs through individualized, evidence-based interventions. You will conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in OT (mandatory), with 2+ years paediatric experience, and comfort working with autistic children and ADHD. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in paediatric OT.
• Experience with autistic children and ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, developmental delays and learning disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
• Provide sensory-integration, fine-motor, gross-motor, ADL, and functional-skill interventions.
• Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, special educators, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and parent-counselling sessions.
• Keep clinical practice ethical and evidence-based.
