Hadron Solar Company Pvt Ltd in Karachi seeks an experienced Solar PV Technician to install mounting structures, PV modules, inverters and related electrical gear according to drawings.

You will support pre-commissioning tests, assist inverter configuration, monitoring setup, and net-metering. The role also covers preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, breakdown response, and monitoring plant performance to ensure optimal generation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in solar PV installation or O&M.
• Hands-on experience with major inverter and battery brands.
• Valid CNIC; willing to travel and stay at sites.

Responsabilidades

• Install mounting structures, PV modules, inverters, breakers and related gear as drawings specify.
• Support pre-commissioning tests: Voc/Isc, polarity, insulation resistance, earth checks.
• Assist inverter config, monitoring setup and net-metering/grid-tie commissioning.
• Carry out preventive maintenance: cleaning, torque checks, visual/thermal inspections.
• Diagnose faults in strings, inverters, breakers and monitoring systems.
• Respond to breakdowns and restore generation with minimal downtime.
• Monitor plant performance on inverter portals and report underperformance.

Job Description:

Install mounting structures, PV modules, inverters, combiner/DB boxes, cables, etc. according to drawings.

Support pre-commissioning tests: string Voc/Isc, polarity, insulation resistance (megger), and earth resistance.

Assist in inverter configuration, monitoring setup, and net-metering/grid-tie commissioning.

Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance: module cleaning checks, torque checks, visual and thermal inspections.

Diagnose and fix faults in strings, inverters, breakers, and monitoring systems.

Respond to breakdown calls and restore generation with minimal downtime.

Monitor plant performance on inverter portals and report underperformance.

Job Specification:

3+ years in solar PV installation or O&M.

Hands-on experience with major inverter and battery brands (e.g. Huawei, Sungrow, Growatt, Solis, Pylontech, Dyness, etc.).

Valid CNIC; willing to travel and stay at sites.
