Job summary

Growatt is seeking a field service technician to provide remote technical support to Pakistan distributors and installers, with on-site support when necessary. You will repair inverters, diagnose faults and collect after-sales data, and guide installers through installation, monitoring and maintenance of home PV plants.

Qualifications

Power electronics, electrical engineering and automation are preferred.
Skilled in computer and office software operation.
Proactive with strong responsibility, good communication and teamwork.
Able to independently complete circuit board replacement for power equipment.
Strong English listening, reading and writing skills.
Able to maintain inverters and other power equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support to Pakistan distributors, installers and on-site support when necessary.
Repair inverters, determine faults and collate after-sales service data.
Guide and support installers in installation, monitoring, and maintenance of home PV plants.
Provide promotion support for the sales side.
