The Citizen Foundation is seeking a skilled Hybrid Solar Systems Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot hybrid solar installations across designated regions. You will ensure safety and quality standards, educate users on operation and monitoring tools, and prepare clear project updates.

Responsibilities include site surveys, measurements, wiring and earthing, inverter configuration, and proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Install hybrid solar systems (inverters, batteries, panels) according to company protocols and safety standards.
• Assist in site surveys, take measurements, and provide technical feedback for system design.
• Perform wiring, earthing, and system integration for hybrid and on-grid solutions.
• Configure and optimize IP65/IP66 hybrid inverters with latest settings.
• Stay updated on new technologies in solar batteries and hybrid inverter systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of existing installations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot inverter errors, wiring faults, and battery problems.
• Educate school on system operation, monitoring tools, and basic troubleshooting steps.
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate via email for project updates, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to all installation protocols and quality standards.
