Job summary

FlowHCM in Karachi, Pakistan, is hiring a Software Quality Assurance Engineer (JP-70) to ensure high-quality software releases. The role involves creating test plans, executing manual tests, and developing automated scripts for UI and API testing.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or Business Administration and 1–2 years of SQA experience, with hands-on skills in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project & Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of automated and manual software testing processes, test cases, bug reporting, and QA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Create and maintain release notes & versioning history.
• Execute manual tests: functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory.
• Log, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, and verify fixes.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and regression suites.
• Test database operations and data integrity using SQL queries.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release sign-off.
