Job summary

FlowHCM in Karachi, Pakistan, is hiring a Software Quality Assurance Engineer (JP-70) to ensure high-quality software releases. The role involves creating test plans, executing manual tests, and developing automated scripts for UI and API testing.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or Business Administration and 1–2 years of SQA experience, with hands-on skills in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project & Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of automated and manual software testing processes, test cases, bug reporting, and QA methodologies.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
Create and maintain release notes & versioning history.
Execute manual tests: functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory.
Log, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, and verify fixes.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and regression suites.
Test database operations and data integrity using SQL queries.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release sign-off.
