Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, or Delivery Operations.
• Experience in software engineering, digital delivery, or Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of financial tracking and governance processes.
• Experience with operational and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support operational management activities across the Software Engineering CoE.
• Coordinate project intake and operational readiness activities.
• Drive operational process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource tracking, allocation, and capacity reporting.
• Support financial tracking including revenue and cost management.
