Job summary

Brickclay in Faisalabad, Pakistan seeks a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to strengthen online presence and generate leads across digital platforms. You will develop comprehensive strategies, manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and other channels, create engaging content, run paid campaigns, and track performance to optimize results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing with proven track record of increasing brand visibility and generating leads.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, social media advertising, and digital marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Experience in running paid campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads is preferred.
Excellent content writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Understanding of branding, audience targeting, and online reputation management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that promotes the company's services, achievements, and offerings.
Design and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, online visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing content, promotional materials, and employer branding initiatives.
Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
Optimize campaigns and content strategies based on performance data and market insights.
Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
Identify and pursue opportunities to generate qualified leads, build strategic partnerships, and increase business inquiries through digital marketing initiatives.
