Job summary

Enum Digital is seeking a creative Social Media Executive & Content Creator to manage end-to-end content lifecycles for multiple client accounts. You will strategize, ideate, produce and deliver engaging content while coordinating with Dubai-based teams and offshore editors.

You should be hands-on with reels, videos, captions and storytelling, capable of independent content development, and able to adapt trends to client brands in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of social media management and content creation experience.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work with clients.
• Ability to independently develop social media strategies, content pillars and calendars.
• Hands-on experience creating Reels, Stories and short-form videos, with basic photography/videography.

Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies for multiple client accounts across industries.
• Create monthly content calendars, pillars and campaigns.
• Direct and coordinate shoots, editing and delivery with offshore teams.
• Identify influencers, manage collaborations and UGC opportunities, especially in UAE.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors and ensure brand consistency.
