Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Zorex AI’s social media presence across key platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Lahore involves developing and implementing social media strategies, managing content calendars, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Daily responsibilities include creating and curating content, monitoring engagement and community interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns based on data insights. The role also includes coordinating with marketing and product teams to support launches, thought leadership initiatives, and employer branding efforts, while staying informed about industry trends and platform best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to engage audiences, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the brand clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Content Strategy to plan campaigns, build content calendars, and align messaging with marketing objectives.
• Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and track performance using analytics tools.
• Experience managing social media accounts for technology or B2B companies is beneficial.
• Knowledge of AI or interest in emerging technologies is an advantage.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, scheduling and reporting platforms) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
