Job summary

Sunrice Foods (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Creative Social Media Manager to run multiple food brands on TikTok and Instagram/Facebook from Lahore. This is a hands-on role where you decide what content to create and adjust in real time, not just schedule posts.

You will craft hooks, brief creators, track engagement metrics, engage with comments daily, guide design, and manage paid campaigns to maximise performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a brand account, with before and after numbers.
• Hands-on experience creating for TikTok and Instagram Reels, not only posting to them.
• Strong written English for captions, scripts and client briefs.
• Full-time in office.

Responsibilities

• Pitch creative ideas and formats for TikTok and Reels every week.
• Write scripts and brief creators so content feels native, not like an ad.
• Track hook rate, watch time, saves, shares, and follower growth, and fix underperforming videos.
• Engage with comments and DMs daily and keep brand presence consistent.
• Guide the graphic designer with clear direction for posts, carousels and covers.
• Run and manage paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok, testing creatives and optimizing budgets.

What you'll do

• Pitch creative and original ideas, hooks and formats for TikTok and Instagram Reels every week
• Write scripts and brief creators so content feels native, not like an ad
• Track hook rate, watch time, saves, shares and follower growth, and know why a video underperformed and how to fix it
• Engage with comments and DMs daily and keep every brand's presence consistent and recognisable
• Guide our graphic designer with clear creative direction for every post, carousel and cover
• Run and manage paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok, testing creatives and putting budget behind the content that performs

Non-negotiables

• Proven experience growing a brand account, with before and after numbers
• Hands-on experience creating for TikTok and Instagram Reels, not only posting to them
• Strong written English for captions, scripts and client briefs
• Full-time in office.

Not for you if

• Your experience is mostly scheduling and Canva templates
• You need a detailed brief before you have an idea
• You measure success by how many posts went out rather than what they achieved

Location: On-site, Phase 8, Lahore (full-time, in office)

Salary: PKR 100,000 per month
