Key Responsibilities

• Grow organic reach across Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok
• Build audience personas and map content to the AIDA funnel
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned to campaigns
• Write captions, hooks & CTAs that stop the scroll
• Report on performance and iterate fast

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

• Solid grasp of how organic algorithms reward content
• Experience (or strong understanding) of content calendars
• Great writing — clear, punchy, on-brand
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, or scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Metricool, Hootsuite)
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with AIDA funnel framework
• Knowledge of UK/Dubai social media trends is a plus
