You should be comfortable working in Canva, modifying templates, editing images, arranging text and graphics, and producing professional-looking social media content.

You don't need to be an advanced graphic designer, but you should have a good eye for design and be efficient with Canva.

You should be comfortable learning and using different software applications.

Our team primarily uses Canva and Google Workspace, along with social media scheduling and project management tools. You should be able to learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot basic technical problems independently.

You communicate clearly, respond to messages promptly during working hours, accept constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively with teammates.

We have established systems and workflows. We're looking for someone who can follow detailed instructions consistently while also using good judgment when something doesn't look right.
