Job summary

Institute Cosmetique in Pakistan is seeking a motivated Customer Support & Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and email, and guide clients about our skincare, hair and aesthetic treatments.

You'll convert inquiries into appointments and sales, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate customer records while delivering excellent service and helping achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support or Sales.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and sales skills.
• Experience in a skincare, healthcare, or aesthetic clinic will be preferred.

Responsibilities
