Job summary

SMEC is seeking a Site Supervisor for a key hydropower project based in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. You will supervise day-to-day civil construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and alignment with approved drawings and schedules.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors and site teams to maintain progress and resolve on-site issues. Applicants typically hold a B.Sc in Civil Engineering and have 5–7 years’ relevant experience in civil construction or site supervision.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. B.Sc in Civil Engineering).
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in civil construction or site supervision.
• Experience on hydropower, infrastructure, dams or other major civil construction projects desirable.
• Good understanding of civil construction methods, site activities, and construction practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design, and execution of civil engineering activities for the hydropower project.

The role

Suitable applicants will have/be
