• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Karachi, with on-site availability.

Role Description The Assistant Site Supervisor (Contract) will support on-site project execution and coordination for fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities in Karāchi. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting the Site Supervisor in overseeing site operations, monitoring work progress, coordinating with technicians and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications. The role involves maintaining site documentation, preparing basic progress reports, and communicating updates to project managers and engineering teams. The Assistant Site Supervisor will help ensure that tools, equipment, and materials are used efficiently and that site activities meet TSF’s standards for professionalism and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in site supervision or site coordination within fabrication, construction, or industrial projects, preferably involving steel structures, pipelines, or pressure vessels.
• Knowledge of basic engineering drawings, fabrication processes, welding operations, and industrial safety practices.
• Ability to monitor site activities, track progress against plans, and support quality checks under the guidance of senior supervisors or engineers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical staff, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and reporting tools) for record-keeping and status updates.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field is preferred; relevant site experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Karāchi, with availability for on-site work as required by project schedules.
