Job summary

Haleon is seeking a data integrity lead to drive the site's DI strategy, ensuring GMP compliance and regulatory alignment across documentation and electronic systems. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop training plans, and monitor prevention and detection of DI events while leading CAPA programs in Veeva.

The role requires 3–5 years in validations/quality/engineering with knowledge of GxP systems and data controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of validations, quality, and engineering experience.

About the role: Lead the implementation of the site's Data Integrity strategy, ensuring compliance with global and local regulatory requirements for documentation and electronic systems that support and manage GMP processes.

Role responsibilities:

1. 1. Ensure the implementation of the corporate requirements of the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements in relation to data integrity including the development of indicators that monitor the process and performance at the site level.
2. 2. Generate communication and work plans with the different areas to ensure the Prevention and Detection of Data Integrity events, for example, through implementation of Training Matrices, Communicate Good Data Integrity practices, and the implementation of related work tools.
3. 3. Coordinate with cross functional team in assessing GxP systems (IT management systems. Communicate team for data controls required to prevent or detect existing data vulnerabilities.
4. 5.Perform routine inspection readiness Gemba and DI Gemba to improve Compliance Culture
5. 6. Perform and Lead Management Monitoring and Internal Business Monitoring for compliance check and to identify good practices and areas of improvements in existing way of working and ensure CAPA/action plan and tracking in Veeva for timely completion as per approved schedule.
6. 7. Assist in robust investigation of Data Integrity related incidents as per company procedures, leveraging real root causes or gaps for further improvement opportunities in exiting processes and practices through identifying effective and sustainable CAPAs. Identify roles and responsibilities for execution of holistic mitigation plans necessary to meet data integrity standards.
7. 8. Establish and lead an internal site network of DI champions and actively participate in the multisite DI community of practice, share best practices with other sites in the network and communicate best practices from other sites internally so that risks could mitigate reasonability. As role of E-Compliance Lead, ensuring compliance with computerized system policies and regulations.
8. 9. Provide assistance to site team as “Admin” role on assigned QC Equipment/ Systems and validated GxP spreadsheets across site.
9. 10. Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.
10. 11. Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.

Candidate profile: Bachelors or Master's in D Pharm/Biochemistry/Engineering or related. 3-5 years of Validations, Quality, Engineering and basic knowledge of Systems Operation and Good Documentation Practices and Data integrity.
