Job summary

PakWheels.com is seeking an Operations Manager for Service Center Operations to launch, expand, and manage service centers in Karachi and surrounding areas. You will drive operational excellence, retail growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while delivering strategic initiatives aligned with company goals.

The role requires 6–10 years in lubricants/oil marketing or automotive service, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong leadership for multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in lubricants/oil marketing industry, automotive service industry, or related retail automotive business.
• Strong track record in retail expansion, network growth, and operational management.
• Proven project management and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, launch, and expansion of Service Centers across Karachi and assigned territories.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Recruit, train, and develop Service Center teams.
• Develop and manage supply chain operations, including vendor relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and partners.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and service quality.
• Drive sales, revenue growth, profitability, and target achievement.
• Create site-wise business plans and identify retail expansion opportunities.
• Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and business research for growth.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, KPIs, and team productivity regularly.
• Ensure customer service excellence and uphold company standards.
• Lead blue-collar and white-collar teams across the region.
• Prepare operational reports and strategic recommendations for management.
