PakWheels.com is seeking a competent Branch Manager to lead our Car Oil Change and Vehicle Inspection Service Center. You will oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, manage inventory, and guide technicians and support staff.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in automotive service operations, strong knowledge of lubricants, vehicle maintenance, and POS-based reporting. You will drive performance while upholding SOPs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Operations Management, or a related field (required)
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in automotive service operations, oil change facilities, or multi-service car care centers
• Proven track record of leading service teams, achieving sales and service targets, and managing customer-facing operations
• Strong understanding of automotive lubricants, filters, and general vehicle maintenance
• Vehicle health checks and inspection procedures
• Car wash equipment and detailing processes
• Experience in team management and staff training
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and daily operational reporting
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reconciliation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment

Aufgaben

• Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the service center.
• Ensure all services (oil change, vehicle inspection, customer handling) are executed in line with company SOPs and quality standards.
• Supervise and manage inventory of oils, filters, and consumables—monitor usage and ensure availability.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Offer product and service recommendations to customers based on vehicle condition and OEM standards.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall operational readiness.
• Monitor key service metrics, team productivity, and branch sales performance.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational and performance reports.
• Ensure accurate billing, secure handling of cash and card transactions, and reconciliation at day-end.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the team—covering both technical knowledge and soft skills.
• Develop and maintain a ready-to-hire talent pipeline to support ongoing service center staffing needs.
