Job summary

PakWheels.com is hiring an Operations Manager - Service Center Operations to lead the launch, expansion and ongoing management of Service Centers in Karachi and surrounding regions.

You will drive operational excellence, retail sales growth, profitability and customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project execution and scalable network development.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in lubricants/oil marketing, automotive service, or related retail automotive business.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong experience in retail business development, network expansion, and operational management.
• Proven project management and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lubricating oil marketing or automotive service businesses is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple Service Center operations and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, launch, and expansion of Service Centers across Karachi and assigned territories.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Recruit, train, and develop Service Center teams.
• Develop and manage supply chain operations, including vendor relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and partners.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and service quality.
• Drive sales, profitability, and achievement of targets.
• Develop site-wise business plans and identify expansion opportunities.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify growth.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, KPIs, and team productivity.
• Ensure customer service excellence and comply with company standards.
• Lead both blue-collar and white-collar teams regionally.
