Job summary

Nokhba.AI is seeking an SEO Specialist to strengthen organic visibility across GCC and MENA markets and drive qualified traffic. You will lead SEO strategy, keyword research, and content optimization, while collaborating with Content, Marketing, Product, and Development teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO, plus proficiency with tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush and GA/GA4. This role focuses on growth across SaaS and AI recruitment domains.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO.
• Strong keyword research, keyword mapping, search intent, internal linking, and SEO content strategy.
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to develop ethical backlink and digital PR strategies.
• Experience with SaaS, HR tech, recruitment, marketplaces, AI products, or GCC/MENA audiences is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with acquisition goals.
• Research keywords across HR technology, recruitment, SaaS, and AI-powered recruitment.
• Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and other content through on-page SEO and internal linking.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and improve website structure, crawlability, indexing, and search visibility.
• Develop content strategies based on search intent and keyword opportunities.
• Build ethical link-building and digital PR initiatives.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, qualified leads, and other SEO KPI's.
• Analyze competitors, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Content, Marketing, Product, and Development teams while staying current with search algorithms.
